In lieu of flowers, Adrian's family ask that you consider a financial donation on Friday which will be passed on to the Day Infusion Unit at Sunshine Coast University Private Hospital. A donation box will be set up as you enter the Chapel.
Following the service, the family would love for you to join them at the Nambour Golf Club from 2:30pm.
